Synopsis.
LEIHO ZIKIN, ZERU GARBI (DIRTY WINDOW, CLEAN SKY) springs from a will to understand different relationships to space from the female experience. Bringing motion to specific body parts, the piece evolves as a moving manifesto of self-discovery and proclamation. The work jumps in time, merging references from the present culture with traditional Basque heritage, folkloric songs and imagery.
